For 20 years, I led a fast-paced life in Primary Education and was a Headteacher for 5 years of this. I suffered some personal traumas which slowed my work life a little. But then in 2017, my world was turned upside down when my best friend was diagnosed with bowel cancer and passed away 6 months later. This was the wake up call I needed! I left my career, remortgaged my home, bought a motorhome and went travelling with my husband. In 10 months, we explored 26 countries, made lifelong memories and learnt some life changing lessons. On my return to the UK in 2019, I decided I wanted to help people feel healthier and happier; I re-trained to be a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist. What a privileged role, supporting others with their physical and mental health, through both fitness and nutrition. In 2021, I had concerns I was experiencing peri-menopause which my GP would not investigate so I had a health test done through NTA (Natural Therapy Advice). This was the start of my passion for natural healing. In November 2021, I researched and trialled MAXX4LIFE's CBD products and have been delighted with the results. CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant and then diluting it with a carrier oil. The endocannabinoid system allows CBD to help treat a wide range of symptoms. It also interacts with the body through several other biological pathways and is thought to produce therapeutic effects by activating multiple pathways at once.
Cannabinoid receptors located throughout the body are part of the endocannabinoid system (ECS), which is involved in a variety of physiological processes. When absorbed by the body, CBD increases the ECS’s ability to promote balance and optimal health.

We combine our CBD with a high-quality hemp seed oil that has all 20 amino acids and also contains surprisingly high levels of the amino acid arginine, a metabolic precursor for the production of nitric oxide, a molecule now recognised as a pivotal signalling messenger in the cardiovascular system. It contains many vitamins and minerals, and dietary fibre and is particularly rich in the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid and also contains elevated concentrations of the omega-3 fatty acid α-linolenic acid. Hemp seeds are about 25% protein and also provide nutrients including vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, and zinc.

We use a quality organic cold-pressed Sunflower oil as our carrier oil, which is used because of the Lecithin benefits and its low viscosity. This enables the oil to reach all corners of the mouth, giving the highest possible absorption.

Once you have cleansed and cleared your crystals, it's very important to activate your crystals.
You may or may not be familiar with how to activate a crystal. Sometimes, a crystal can be a "sleeper", and needs to know it is going to be used for healing or meditative purposes.

Making a spiritual connection with the crystal helps to activate it, to awaken its consciousness. You can activate your crystal through an initiation ritual, by holding it, rolling it back and forth in your hands, sleeping with it, gazing at it, washing it and generally handling it.

To awaken its consciousness through ritual, tell the crystal your intent for its use (e.g. for healing).
​This event marks the initiation of the crystal and makes an energy connection with the person using the crystal.

Remember to fully recharge your crystal after you've been handling it for activation purposes.

Programming your crystal should be relatively easy. Each crystal has its own mission or purpose, its own programming for healing.

Sometimes, it is to provide a grounding force on the planet, maybe working energetically with other crystals in the earth to provide a network of stabile energy across the planet as part of the physical matrix of the planet.

Sometimes, the crystal will carry a specific energy signature by resonating tones, colours and other vibrations that are provided through compassionate forces for humans and other life forms on Earth. Crystals can resonates for a particular chakra, or has a mission to "clear a past life" for instance. We don't want to harm that type of programming either.

You can program crystals with additional information by holding the crystal in your hands. Breathing through your nose and out your mouth, drawing in the energy from the crystal and setting the instructions for what you wish your crystal to help with.

Once the programming is set the crystal will then resonate with those instructions, amplifying, broadcasting, and projecting the new set of energy patterns to ourselves or others as directed.
Use the crystal as you wish but don't forget to reenergize your crystals regularly.

One of the most common methods to clean your crystals is to classify them according to their type, and soak them in salty water for up to three days.

Once your crystals have been soaked in salt water for up to 3 days, rinse them thoroughly and place them in the sun to dry out.

2 other variations of this method can also be used.
Using fresh seawater and purified spring water with Himalayan rough rock salt.
These 2 variations are more beneficial than using regular tap water with regular table salt due to the purity of the natural products your using.

Tip: Try and used a solid crystal or glass bowl as this has a larger vibrational energy. Some crystals are not suitable to be cleansed this way so always check first.

Citrus juice is equally as good for cleansing and clearing crystals. Using Lemon is best as this helps with its purifying capabilities and can help remove grease and fat from the crystals' surface leaving the shiny.

You must be careful when using polished & soft based crystals when using citrus juice & always dilute with spring water.

This is a less invasive method of cleaning your crystals.
Exposing your crystals to burning incense smoke is a good way to cleanse and clear your crystal and the environmental residual energies that the crystals and room may have picked up before purchase.

Incense of the herbal kind works best such as Ceder, Salvia, Juniper or White Sage.
White Sage is one of the most common herbs for cleansing & clearing energies.

Burning a small amount of the chosen incense on a heat proof dish or shell allowing the smoldering incense to pass around the crystal and through the room cleansing and clearing the environment as well.

Aura essence sprays are a really good way for cleansing & clearing your crystals as well yourself and the environment you are in.

Spray the aura essence spray over the crystal space or a persons aura 1-3 times. The spay will help to cleanse and clear the crystals or the persons aura of negative and residual energies.

Cleansing crystals using the energies of the earth itself.
Find a place to bury the crystal in the earth that wont be disturbed by animals. Ask the earth to cleanse and clear the crystal of negative and residual energies and to reenergize the crystal for healing.

Leave your crystal for up to 24 hours. When your ready take your crystal brush off any dirt and rinse off any thick dirt that may be harder to clean and allow to dry in the sun. once dry your crystal should be cleansed cleared and reenergized and ready to use.

This method should not be used when there is iron present in the composition of the crystal as a dominant element, e.g., hematite and tiger iron. Energies can be taken out of the crystal in this way as this would be classed as a crystal rebirth giving the crystal back to the earth from which It came from originally.
